Return & Refund Policy

Shop1AM Return/Exchange Policy

We’re happy to share our Return/Exchange Policy with you. At Shop1AM, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer an easy return/exchange process for our customers. If you don’t like the product, or if there is an issue such as a wrong size, damaged product, or incorrect item, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return/Exchange Conditions

  • The item you wish to return must be in its original, unused condition.

  • Tags and packaging should remain intact, and the product should not be used.

  • Once the item is received at our warehouse, a quality check will be performed. If the item passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving the product.

  • Please feel free to try on the product, but take adequate care to avoid any damage to the product.

How to Initiate a Return Request

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email at support@shop1am.com.

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Clear, complete images of the product.

    • Image of the product with tags intact.

    • Product in unused condition without any damage.

    • Image of the invoice.

    • Reason for return.

Once we receive the necessary information, our team will review your request. If approved, we will align a courier partner to pick up the return, subject to availability on the preferred date and time.

Refund Process

  • The refund will be processed once the product is delivered to our warehouse and meets our quality standards.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.

Exceptions and Rules

  1. Self-Shipping: Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup for returns. You will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address. We will assist you by connecting you with service providers once your return is approved.

  2. Original Condition: All returned/exchanged items must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact (i.e., the product must be returned in the original box it was delivered in).

  3. Free Gifts/Offers: If you received a free gift or an offer with your purchase and wish to return the main item, you will also need to return the gift/offer item for the refund to be processed.

  4. Wrong/Mistaken Returns: Shop1AM is not responsible for products returned by mistake. If an extra or incorrect item is returned by mistake, we cannot be held accountable for misplaced or replacement products and will not be responsible for its return to you.

Important Notes

  • Damaged/Wrong Product: If you received a damaged or wrong product from us, we will arrange a free return pickup from our end. You will also receive an update via email regarding the refund process.

  • Refund Method: Currently, refunds for returned products will be issued as Store Credit to your Shop1AM account. The store credit will be processed within 24 hours of the product pickup.

  • Monetary Refund: Please note that monetary refunds are not provided for the following reasons:

    • Did not like the product.

    • Size issue or fitting issue.
